Observation notes: Noticed this on the same spot the last 3 days. Doesn't move. I live NE Ohio. My opinion is it's laying larva on the cement wall of my apartment. Larva that looks like transparent worms. I am surrounded by woods. I don't know what time it comes. I notice it always early in the morning. Around 6:30am to 8:00am. The sun is up by then. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
