Observation notes: I walked 1.5 miles up Railroad Canyon off of 152, west of Emery Pass. In bloom I saw one New Mexico lupine, several woods’ roses, and a few pinewoods geraniums, but none of these attracted any BFs. The trail was dry except for 3 small seeps, at one of which I chanced upon these BFs. A calm, mostly sunny, 85 degrees.
