Coordinator notes: Your suggested ID is correct...beautiful newly emerged male. Small size and lack of any distinct hyaline spots at the outer costa on the forewings (these are translucent white spots as found on the Persius Duskywing)...iceleus easily identified by having only the "chain" of spots you can clearly see in your photo...nice shots of everything!
