Observation notes: Small individual and weak, low, fluttering flight. Much smaller size and weaker in flight than the Juvenal's and Sleepy seen earlier. Long palps and FW apices pretty frosted. Habitat was still on the ridge but coming down into the main forest at a slightly lower elevation than the barrens. Best fit I've seen for a PA Dreamy so far - only bother is the "chains" on the FWs seem pretty nicely defined.
