Observation notes: I spent awhile going back and forth between smaller fritillary species and Bog seems closest in pattern to me but I'm not very satisfied with that i.d. In wet mountain meadow area - a small lake, larger lake, and stream pretty nearby.

Coordinator notes: Looks like the Arctic Fritillary...(a male) the submarginal spots and marginal marks are bold on the Bog Fritillary and they are weak as indicative of the Arctic Fritillary. Mike
