Coordinator notes: A pretty rare find in WI! Most historical sightings have been near the western border by MN and there are several reports from the Twin Cities area. Some (particularly female) Wild Indigo Duskywings can have a FW cell spot, but usually not this prominent. As also pointed out on iNat, white hairs in the basal area also favor a Horace's. -jmgesell
