Observation notes: Seen flying, resting, and ovipositing on Atriplex. Location was in the Slinkard creek canyon along Hwy. 89 a couple miles above Antelope valley. Creek was flowing, many riparian plants and Willows were present along the creek, in an otherwise arid sagebrush and scattered Pinyon region. Steep canyon slopes. Atriplex was growing in the turnout. Warm, sunny 88 degrees, with very little breeze deep in the canyon.
