Observation notes: Hard to get close. Flew away whenever I got close. On asters. Would fly quite a distance to the next flower. This is the best photo I could manage. Probably saw 3 or 4 in the warm part of the afternoon.

Coordinator notes: High elevation Fritillary. Possibly a Mormon Fritillary. They are on the small side for this genus.
