Observation notes: This swallowtail was the only one seen, sunning on the ground in a sagebrush area on the west side of Feather Bed Lake, Abert Rim. Weather was cool, about 60 degrees F, with partial sun. This butterfly appeared WHITE (not yellow) & black.
