Observation notes: The creek is flowing very nicely this spring, presenting lots of opportunities for butterfly viewing from the first creek crossing up to, at least, the first spring. We didn't travel much further upstream but I'm guessing conditions were decent there as well. Not a lot of nectar sources, primarily Physaria on this day. The area has been "well-utilized" by cattle which were still in the canyon.
