Observation notes: Just double checking the identification. Spotted on a sunny day half way up the Crafton hills at about 2900 ft. of elevation.

Coordinator notes: This is the yellow female form "stella" of the Sara Orange-tip, not to be confused with Anthocharis julia stella which does not occur south of Fresno County...but could occur in Tulare County-Ken Davenport Genomic work confirmed Anthocharis julia and thoosa are different species than sara....thoosa is in the eastern Mojave Desert, julia stella is in the high elevation Sierra overlapping ranges with sara in the Big Sandy area in Madera County---Ken Davenport
