Observation notes: I discovered this guy while out making equipment inspections at an industrial site (power plant). This site has very little vegetation, mostly asphalt and gravel on the 25ish acre site. Should be noted that the site is located within a 1/2 mile of the Mississippi River, in Memphis, TN, which is a little outside of his normal zone. It should be noted that this was taken about 2 weeks after Hurricane Ian hit Florida, which may explain his detour North.
