Observation notes: Rancho Naturalista near Turrialba, Cartago Province, Costa Rica is promoted as a birding lodge but is one of the best places for both butterflies and moths and one of the few places in CR with a nightly bug light sheet to attract mostly moths but some butterflies. But this one was photographed during the day.
