Observation notes: On the same forest trail that I saw the Orange Cracker, called Jungle Trail, Xandari Nature Resort, Tacacori, Alajuela, Alajuela, Costa Rica.

Coordinator notes: I know it is a Red Cracker because (1) It is mostly blue which I know is crazy! (2) There is a red spot on the forward edge of wing. (3) The white band on each wing is made of multiple pieces with curvy edges, and (4) the blue circles along the back of the wings have some slightly pointing forward.
