Coordinator notes: I debated on this one for a while, and even consulted other sources involved in investigating the "Tiger Swallowtail Complex." Bottom line, without a ventral view it is impossible to accurately determine if this is a true intergrade/hybrid or not. It does appear darker overall, however the HW anal edge black stripe appears narrow. Also, the intergrade/hybrid individual would likely be at the end or past its flight time this late in the season. This is all still undergoing ongoing research to hopefully further delineate the taxonomy, however right now it is a safer bet to call this individual P. glaucus. -jmgesell
