Observation notes: The Viceroy was enjoying some over ripe crab apples in someone’s wheelbarrow. His wings look a bit shredded at the bottom. It was a super hot day, 30° Celsius. Clear, sunny, and humid. Hardly a breeze. He checked some nearby flowers before landing in the Apples.
