Observation notes: In my garden, Roca Verde, Atenas, Alajuela, Costa Rica
Verified by: Charlie Doggett
Verified date: August 23, 2022
Coordinator notes: Note: This species could easily be confused with the Astraptes latimargo, White-edged Flasher. I chose this ID because the Glassberg book says the "frosting" is usually pale yellow and my photo is pure white plus he says that the blue on latimargo stops higher than it does in this photo. But they are nearly alike!
