Coordinator notes: With reservations. Although this moth may be given a tentative ID as Walshia miscecolorella on iNaturalist, it will not be accepted on BugGuide as such and should be placed in Walshia (genus only) if posting on BugGuide. The only moths placed to species on BugGuide have either been dissected or reared from caterpillars. There are also moths placed on BAMONA in this genus that probably should not be where they are but things are a bit more lax here at times.
