Observation notes: I believe this is probably a sub-species of the requested ID because of two minor difference: (1) The purple or blue does not bleed into the FW as in most photos for this species and (2) this sighting's specimen has two dark "almond eyes" at the tops of the HWs and none of the online photos for this species have those.
