Observation notes: Individual sulphur ovipositing on the leaves (leaflets) of wild licorice plants established at the margin of a coyote willow tall shrub stand. The wild licorice stand is associated with/sub-irrigated from a small ditch that drains excess irrigation water from pecan orchards east of the levee to the Rio Grande. The late morning was hot, under sunny sky, and with light wind.
