Observation notes: Warm, sunny wind calm. First paved pullout along road NF-3010 by small waterfall and mossy seep on road to summit of Marys Peak, Benton County, OR. In full sun. Lush foliage around waterfall and seep, big steep bare rock cliffs between seep and waterfall. Wooded on other side of road. Nectaring on flowers in roadside ditch. Car spooked butterfly, never saw wings extended.
