Coordinator notes: At first I had this mis-identified because it has a blue collar, I called it the Blue-collared Firetip - but the real difference is not the collar, some Royals have a blue collar too, but the primary difference is in the color of the lead on the upper portion of the HW, with this Royal Firetip always has a red lead and the Blue-collared Firetip always has a gold or mustard-colored lead on the HW. Thus I moved this from Blue-colored to Royal.
