Observation notes: I saw 2 of these by cattails and lots of dense growth of plants surrounding a small pond at Valle de Oro National Wildlife Refuge in Albuquerque.

Coordinator notes: Judy, there is still no clear guidance on whether this guy is Acmon or Lupine Blue. I think the taxonomic momentum leans toward Lupine Blue, so I'll go with that. thanks for submitting!
