Coordinator notes: When I saw the blue collar on one the photos I tried to change this to Blue-collared Firetip, but then found in the Glasberg book that both can have blue collars and the defining difference is the color of the leading line on the upper portion of the HW, Royal = Red and the Blue-collared = Gold or Mustard Yellow. So this sighting is definitely a Royal Firetip.
