Observation notes: Butterfly was photographed while feeding on Mock Orange blossoms in a neighborhood garden in downtown Eugene, Oregon (near Skinner Butte Park). It was sunny & warm, with temperature about 95 degrees F. Other large swallowtails were also seen in the area.
