Observation notes: On both Sunday June 19 and Monday June 20, Snowberry Clearwings were spotted and photographed or captured on video three times in NW Boone County Missouri, just east of Centralia, Missouri. They were all observed feeding on English Lavender plants and lingered long enough to get several good images! Both days were around 85 degrees at the time the moths were spotted. The days were sunny and breezy, warm but pleasant.
