Observation notes: Although the entrance road to Aguirre Springs is still quite dry, some flowers have begun to open. This was my first sighting of this year of a Gray Hairstreak, and it spent a lot of time in a tiny area of nourishment on a Trans-Pecos Thimbleweed.
