Specimen type: Photograph
Observation notes: Few feet from Rockhouse Spring, a permanent spring and the wettest spot I know of in the Organs. Elevation 7500 ft. Located in Fillmore Canyon above the Narrows. The weather this year has been extremely dry and during the last week quite hot, with high triple digits in town.
Status: Resident

Coordinator notes: Marta, thanks so much for confirming this butterfly in the Organs. This is the southernmost colony in the US (I think) and very isolated, so I worry about it.
