Coordinator notes: This Coordinator saw 4 of those today (June 10, 2022) on Mt. Pinos near the McGill Campground. I did not find any at a usual spots a few miles west of the Ventura County road near Owls Barn...too dry...the matted buckwheat not in bloom in either location...Ken Davenport
