Observation notes: I think possibly M. obfirmaria, but I’m still iffy that it’s even Metarranthis as I can’t seem to find anything exactly similar in the genus.

Coordinator notes: Another puzzling moth. I'll wait for an ID from iN. M. obfirmaria seems to be a southern moth. Compare with Elliotte Harold's moth on the MPG page for Nematocampa resistaria - http://mothphotographersgroup.msstate.edu/species.php?hodges=7010
