Coordinator notes: Your ID is correct...it is generally considered that Callophrys apama and affinis are the same species. I used apama as the reported name because ssp. homoperplexa tends to be closer to Arizona apama than western-Colorado-Great Basin affinis but they do "mix" (have intermediate tendencies) at least in Gunnison County, Colorado.
