Observation notes: Lifer! Pretty large skipper nectaring from a prickly-pear flower. It was often annoyed by bees and would flick it's wings, and the dorsal side looked bronzy brown. It would stop drinking and just perch on the flower sometimes. When I last saw it it was drinking from a nearby cactus flower with another Viereck's skipper.

Coordinator notes: pretty heavily marked, but within the range of Viereck's; it's helpful to get a dorsal shot on the Atrytonopsis species because the undersides can vary a fair bit
