Coordinator notes: Artichoke Plume Moths have more bolder browns in the forewings and hindwings, unlike the Yarrow Plume Moth which has softer tones and shades of brown in the moth's wings. Artichoke Plume Moths originally fed on wild thistles until the 1800's when artichokes were introduced to California. -Ishaan
