Observation notes: High thin clouds. SE winds @ 15-25+ gusts EXTREMELY dry! Low temperature this morning 34F
Seen on bare piece of yard on north side of our home. I spooked it but it continually left the area only to return to nearly the same spot. Seemed to be resting/sunning but never opened it’s wings except to fly or to “flash “ me if I moved suddenly. The least common “Ladies “ seen here.
