Observation notes: I found several of these busily feeding, as I hiked the lower trail along the north side of Tortugas Mountain, a trail that is relatively close and parallel to Dripping Springs Road. I don't know if the shrubs are a type of Sumac or something else. There were many of these just coming into flower.
