Observation notes: One adult of this very conspicuous looking was observed. My meager library does not seem to include this species.

Coordinator notes: This species was not included in The southeastern edition of Peterson. I just found it on page 389 of the northeastern edition. This is apparently the first time this species has been documented in Tennessee (at least in the BAMONA database). Yellow Pine and Hemlock is abundant here.
