Observation notes: Wingspan as posed 18 mm. Small seasonally dry creek about 70 metres from my front door. Now dry. Creekbed and its banks infested with weeds including Tanacetum (Tansy), Verbascum (Mullein) Arctium (Burdock) and many others but also Chokecherry, Rose, Snowberry and other native vegetation. If this is Paracorsia repandalis it's persisted here now since at least July 2019.
