Coordinator notes: This is another Woodland Skipper. The Taxiles Skipper would likely be found here (and in the Denver area) in late June-July. Males have a distinctive patch on the underside. You can see this male O. sylvanoides has just faint but present spots on the hindwing. You should be able to compare the two easily from photos available on the BAMONA website. Mike
