Observation notes: Hot humid night. I found it in the grass. When I held it it would crawl and then throw punches at me. It eventually started fluttering its wings and flew to the ground afraid my dog would get it I lifted it up again and it flew to a nearby tree. I think that it had just recently emerged from its cocoon.
