Observation notes: These 'flies really looked small and generally had folded wings so thought they might be Small Checkered Skipper. But markings look very similar to Common/White Checkered Skippers. Good flight which ever they are. Dozens along the Rio. Thoughts?

Coordinator notes: I thanks for getting dorsal and ventral sides. Small C-S is even smaller, with fewer rows of white spots on the dark background. I can't blame you for trying . . .
