Observation notes: This is the first year I have seen one of these. I was unable to get a pic on the 20th at a nursery when I was buying some plants, Bee Balm,. I then saw one without my camera handy. They have visited every day since planting the Bee Balm.

Coordinator notes: From this photo it's a little difficult to separate this from H. diffinis, but I see Hemaris sp. constantly on my own Monarda (bee balm). So I'm pretty sure this is H. thysbe. JRains
