Observation notes: this bizarre aberration was observed flying and nectaring at thistles on a mostly sunny morning. normal multicaudata were also present in decent numbers. observers included Hira Walker, Brooke Harper, Chance Harper and Steve Cary. its flight seemed a little less vigorous than other two-tailed swallowtails
