Observation notes: Sunny and warm, temp. in upper 70s F. Only one seen basking mostly on dead vegetation at ~7,550 ft. elevation. It stayed on one plant for 10-12 minutes and when it did fly, it stayed in the same ~10 ft x 10 ft area. A real treat to see this guy in the mountains.
