Observation notes: The photo I took has poor lighting but I have seen several of these butterflies around but I was unable to capture a good photo. The bottom of the wings were a bright light blue and the tops were black with a gradient going between them. There are some small almost unnoticeable red spots near the tips of the wings. There is a white border around the whole wings. I edited one photo to help show the colors better.
