Observation notes: Pretty sure there was more than one species of fritillary in this area at this time. Last year in same area I saw the northwestern a little under two weeks prior, and this looks similar but many look nearly identical to me so I don't know.

Coordinator notes: Again...Northwestern with eye color grayish-blue...I presume at the same locality but the photo is at a different aspect so I've verified it. Normally one sighting of the same species from the same place on the same day is allowed for reports. Mike
