Coordinator notes: I'm staying with the one who sighted this moth as a Nais Tiger Moth, Apantesis nais, but it should be noted that another almost identical moth is the Mexican Tiger Moth
Notarctia proxima, which has red under the wings which does not show in this photo, but also after studying the pattern of the stripes I believe this is definitely the Nais, but the two could be confused.
