Observation notes: Moth was sighted in the vicinity of outdoor lights but was flying around the area. The temperature was cool as it had previously rained. When at rest the moth was vibrating its wings. It has a distinctive dark line bordering its collar and the interior edge of the forewings. The wings have pale markings, reddish colouration in the middle, and pale brown colouration along the outside edges. A second species was accidentally submitted alongside this one, which has since been moved to (Pending) Sighting Record 1293736.
