Observation notes: I think this was a redspot butterfly, which I know is typically found in India.. but the spots on the back of his wings and the little tail made me think that's what it had to be. I wasn't able to find any other butterfly that matched this. Unfortunately, I didn't see the pattern on the top of it's wings. I was walking when he landed on me so my pictures are a little blurry, but he flew right to me and landed on my arm and when I said hello he immediately climbed onto my finger and stayed there for quite a long time as I walked. Very still. Nice day out, around 75º
