Observation notes: It was a rather windy day, no precipitation. I noticed this moth fluttering against my bedroom window, seeking escape. I approached it and when I cupped my hands around it (not touching it) it flew up my sleeve! I walked outside and carefully turned my sleeve so it could escape. It fluttered out and then to the ground and clung to a blade of grass. It remained still for about 10 minutes, then flew away.
