Observation notes: First time I've seen this butterfly in the garden and it focused on the dark knight butterfly bush. It appeared dark with muted undulation of grayish (?) color pattern. Spots (appear white) are visible by sight on fore wings and muted spot pattern appears visible in photo along bottom edge of hind wings thanks to back light from sun.
